Description

Summary of the whole Course: The aim of this course of 7 individual activities, is to raise awareness about hygiene management among the participants. After completing the course, participants will be able to practice their learnings in their daily life.

Objectives

The general objective of the course is to raise awareness among participants about personal hygiene.

Worked skills

Decision Making, Personal Management, Self-awareness.

Prerequisites for the audience

It is suggested that the participants of this course should be female, particularly adolescents and adults. (This course was designed to implement in the Rohingya community, considering the context)

Equipment

Different days of the Activity would require different types of equipment.

Content used

Specific contents will be mentioned in each activity according to the theme.

Few Details of the Course

Expected outcomes
1 – Commitment to practice the learnings in their daily life
2 – Spread the learnings among other females

Duration of the course: 4 weeks
Frequency: 1 session of 1 hour 30 minutes twice a week

Achievement of the Course: female participants will be more aware of the importance of basic hygiene and will practice their learnings in their daily lives. Also, they will encourage others to maintain hygiene.

Note: Same participants are required to attend each session of the course.

5. Menstrual Hygiene Raising awareness among participants on good practices during menstrual hygiene.
6. Pregnancy Learn the benefits of good hygiene and other self-care activities in pregnancy.
7. Mental Health Hygiene Understand how mental health is related to hygiene and learn different ways to improve mental health.
