Implementation

Ask all participants to keep some space between them to avoid collision.

Ask participants to lie down and to place a hand on their stomach. Explain that they will be working on their breathing; breathing is important for managing emotions, because when we feel stressed, we breathe poorly, for example.

Remind them when they inhale through their nose, they must inflate their stomach and when they exhale, the stomach must be widen. And ask them to think about the circuit of air in the body, through the nose, the throat, the lungs.

Do it by counting at the end: four times to inhale, four block breathing, four exhale.

Ending

Debrief the game after finishing this activity.

Encourage participants to provide feedback on the activity, and show gratitude for their cooperation.

How do you think relaxation activities like this are good for you? Is there anything you do at home that allows you time and space to relax?

Have the participants provide examples if they are comfortable.
